After attending college in his native Colorado, Mr. Wyatt went to California to focus on music and the entertainment industry. Once married, he got his real estate license and joined Garson Realty in downtown Los Angeles leasing and selling industrial and commercial real estate.
After he became a real estate broker, he and his associates subdivided, managed and sold hundreds of acres including building lots for commercial and residential development in prime areas such as La Costa, San Diego Country Estates, North Los Angeles County and Hesperia, CA. Since the 80’s, he has purchased, developed and sold many personal and investment properties including luxury homes and shopping centers.
As a business executive, consultant and real estate professional, Wyatt and his long term business partners and highly successful associates are implementing the launch of Regency Ridge Estates development and it’s domestic as well as international fractional ownership program.
Bill Bardes
Managing Director
After attending Ferris University in Michigan where he studied business administration he quickly became interested in development and construction. He soon became a finishing carpenter, built his family home and found his niche and with a critical eye became supervisor for major developers and custom builders.
In the field of graphic design, his creative work is used by major corporations including Sony Pictures, Toyota, developers, builders, etc. He has years of participation with top designers creating brochures and sales packages as well as overseeing technical needs to make sure that printing meets production requirements. His expertise in these areas insure Regency’s development and promotional campaigns.
Mr. Bardes is in charge of operations including the purchase and quality control of all products to make sure they meet the required criteria. He will oversee the builders to insure “Regency Ridge Estate Homes” and the “Regency Ridge Clubhouse” are designed, built and completed on time and that fractional ownership units are ready for sale as projected.
